Chelsi was a Biology major here at the University at Albany. She was working on using CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing to examine transcriptional regulation of canonical p53 target genes.

She moved on to the University of Miami where she will earn her MD in the Spring of 2024, followed by a residency in anesthesiology at Rush University in Chicago.
